Behind Taylor Swift's $100 million deal with FTX before bankruptcy

On Sunday, September 15, a discreet couple was seen boarding a private jet in Rhode Island. The photos captured them separately entering the plane following a weekend retreat at her lavish mansion in the area. Taylor, reportedly worth over $300 million, acquired her first private plane in 2011.

For the flight, Taylor and Joe opted for casual attire. Taylor sported a white t-shirt, sunglasses, and faded skinny jeans, completing her look with a low ponytail and her signature nude oxford lace-ups. Meanwhile, Joe appeared in a black knitted top, carrying his own black duffle bag onto the aircraft. An assistant was also observed loading Taylor’s guitars onto the plane.

Taylor made headlines when she purchased her Rhode Island residence in 2013 for $17 million. Situated on the highest point in Watch Hill, the 11,000 square foot estate, built in 1930, offers breathtaking views of New England. It features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a swimming pool, and 700 feet of shoreline access. Over the years, the property has garnered significant attention on social media as it has been the venue for various events, including Taylor’s famed Fourth of July festivities.

In July, the mansion attracted attention when a man was arrested in the vicinity, allegedly attempting to approach the pop star.
