During his 10-season NFL career, the cornerback played for the Miami Dolphins, Indianapolis Colts and Buffalo Bills.

A two-time Pro Bowler, Davis was also well-known for abruptly retiring from the NFL at halftime in 2018.

Davis, who was playing for the Bills at the time, put on his street clothes, walked out of the stadium and decided to retire, Sports Illustrated reported at the time.

In an official statement announcing his retirement, Davis said, “This isn’t how I pictured retiring from the NFL. But today on the field, reality hit me and hard. I shouldn’t be out there anymore.”
