Patrick Mahomes has a wild ‘3-word’ reaction to Max Holloway’s iconic BMF moment at UFC 300

UFC 300 did not just live up to its hype but went above and beyond. The night was filled with one entertaining bout after another, keeping fans constantly at the edge of their seats and leading them to fill up on their nails! The undercards and main card gave the fans a nail-biting experience and a night to remember for years to come!

The stars were in attendance at UFC 300, Kyler Murray, the QB for the Arizona Cardinals was in attendance along with Mike Tyson, and Mark Zuckerberg. Some stars opted to view the fight from the comfort of their own home. Patrick Mahomes for instance spent his night watching the bout from the comfort of his couch. The quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs summarized UFC 300 pretty well with his post on X at the end of the night.

Mahomes took to X to post his reaction to UFC 300. The 3-time Super Bowl champion described the night in three words. “That was crazy!!!!!! #UFC300.” That seems to be the common consensus amongst fans, especially after Max Holloway‘s knockout of Justin Gaethje. A finish that may go down as one of the greatest in UFC history.

Besides Patrick Mahomes, Max Holloway’s knockout of Justin Gaethje had the whole world on its feet

Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje’s fight was just a second short of going to a decision by the judges. As the bout neared its end, Holloway became desperate and called out his opponent boldly to the center of the octagon to fight him and give him his best shot. Gaethje’s biggest mistake was that he gave in, despite his attempts to throw punches towards Holloway, he was gassed out and failed to land solid shots on his opponent.

Taking advantage of this, Holloway struck Gaethje with a barrage of punches, the final blow was a set of body shots and a blow to the face which sealed the win for him. Justin Gaethje fell on his face and failed to get up as the clock ran down. What a night it was for Holloway and what a victory it was. As Patrick Mahomes said, that was indeed a crazy finish.

UFC 300 had back-to-back bouts that were all entertaining. Alex Poatan Pereira earned a hefty cheque after making light work of Jamahal Hill, who failed to last for a round against him. Charles Oliveira fell to Arman Tsarukyan in a split decision while Zhang Weili beat Yan Xiaonan in a unanimous decision.
