Taylor Swift runs on the machine, does HIIT exercises to burn fat, eats a balanced diet of substances to be physically healthy at the age of 34.
Over the past eight months, Taylor Swift has performed 66 nights on her Eras Tour around the world. Every night, the singer stands on stage, sings more than 40 songs and performs intricate dance moves. In an interview with Time, she said she wanted to do her best to reciprocate the love of her fans. “The audience had to work so hard to get a ticket. So I wanted to bring a show more than they imagined,” she said.
To build up her fitness and physique, from March 2022, Taylor began training to get in shape. Taylor said for the first time in years, she was prepared for everything, knowing that this tour was more difficult than previous ones.
Every day, Taylor runs on the treadmill while singing the entire playlist to perform. She runs fast when singing upbeat songs, slowing down in softer ones. “This routine is very good, making it possible for me to treat anywhere as a gym. I love exploring the running routes where I go to tour,” she said.
Taylor works on endurance with full-body 20-minute exercises that include push-ups, bends, planks, lunge jumping, weight lifting, and HIIT exercises to help burn fat and maximize fitness. She also practiced dancing and dancing. According to Jill Charton – the singer’s personal trainer, the combination of cardiovascular exercises helps her improve breathing and stamina, reducing stress.

According to Marie Claire, the beauty adheres to a healthy, balanced diet on weekdays and eats as she likes on weekends. “I try to keep the diet simple, not too extreme. I don’t like creating too many unnecessary rules. I know what’s good for me,” Taylor said.
The Wildest Dreams vocalist eats plenty of salad, yogurt, buckwheat topped with ham, cheese, fried eggs, fruits and vegetables daily. On weekends she eats her favorite burgers, fries, ice cream or cookies. Beauties do not drink alcohol, limit sugary drinks. She often eats dinner with dishes high in healthy fats found in nuts and avocados.
Taylor also focuses on supplementing protein with lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs and beans, which help with muscle recovery. On tour days, before going on stage, she often eats snacks to recharge. During a few breaks backstage, she chose easily digestible items.

In an interview with Bon Appétit in 2012, Taylor said she leaves a lot of water in her dressing room and usually drinks about 10 bottles a day. The singer always carries a bottle of water with him and stocks several bottles in the car. She said: “I drink so much water that my friends call me an alien.”
According to Taylor, drinking plenty of water not only helps her make up for the water lost due to daily activities or performances, but also helps her skin stay hydrated. To make her skin plump and smooth, she performs a minimalist process, focusing on moisturizing. After removing her makeup, washing her face and bathing, she applied The Body Shop’s Coconut Body Butter and Kate Somerville face cream. When she goes outside, she always wears sunscreen to limit the effects of UV rays that make her skin dull.
Taylor Swift (born 1989) is an American singer-songwriter who rose to prominence on country music in 2006. After 10 albums, Taylor received 12 Grammy Awards and 29 Billboard Awards. Besides touring, she released re-recorded albums such as Fearless, Red, 1989. Last year, the beauty achieved great success with the Eras Tour. She now has a net worth of around $1.1 billion.
