Jennifer Lopez has been letting off some steam in the gym amid her marital woes.
The 54-year-old actress’ trainer Dodd Romero told Us Weekly Wednesday that she is “in better shape now than she’s ever been.”
“She’s tough [and] really doesn’t ever complain about anything,” Romero told the outlet. “Wherever I tell her to go, she’ll go.”

Lopez does resistance training with Romero three times a week. The celebrity trainer said the singer likes to focus on toning her glutes and abs, often doing ab raises, rope crunches, weighted sumo-style plié squats and lunge variations.
On the days she isn’t hitting the weights with Romero, Lopez turns to Tracy Anderson for an alternate method of exercise.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer has been using the Tracy Anderson Method — a low-weight, dance aerobics style class — for over 15 years.

“We do a 10-move leg program focusing on the glutes and the cinching of the waist,” Anderson told the outlet. “Moving is part of Jennifer’s core values. She does what she needs to do.”
As for her diet, Romero revealed that Lopez generally avoids alcohol, sugar and dairy.
Although she has become “more strict” about what she eats in recent years, he noted that she isn’t overly “rigid” and occasionally indulges with her twins Emme and Max, 16.

Along with her intense diet and exercise routine, the “Marry Me” star has also been training hard for several new projects — including her upcoming “This Is Me … Live” tour.
Lopez said on “Live With Kelly and Mark” earlier this month that she was the smallest she has ever been.
“I just finished [filming] a movie called ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’ where it was all singing and dancing, which was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting as well,” she told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been,” she added. “I’m in fighting shape right now.”
Lopez noted that she felt “ready to go” on tour, which starts next month.
The “Hustlers” star has been putting her svelte physique on display while promoting her new movie, “Atlas.”
Lopez took the plunge in a dangerously low-cut white, ruffled dress at the Mexico premiere of the sci-fi thriller on Tuesday.

She has been busy preparing for her upcoming tour on top of her strict exercise regime.
The dress featured a slit nearly up to her navel, making her toned legs the star of the show.
Earlier in the week, the mother of two showed off her defined arms in a black-and-white two-piece look by Greta Constantine at the film’s Los Angeles premiere.
While Lopez seemed to be in great spirits, Affleck notably didn’t join his wife at either event.
The pair first sparked split rumors earlier this month amid reports they were in couple’s therapy and no longer living together.

Soon after, an insider told Page Six that the “Argo” actor was officially “house-hunting” in the area.
We’re told that Affleck believes he and Lopez aren’t compatible and may have rushed into things.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” an insider told us.
“He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
