As Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour marches on, her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, caught a bit of heat as a concert-goer captured the Kansas City Chiefs tight end texting while his pop star girlfriend was performing.
A video shows the star tight end grooving to the music while looking at his phone. In overlain text, the TikTok user wrote, “It’s giving supportive bf.”
In the comments, fans defended Kelce’s cell phone use:
Another Swiftie summed it up nicely, pointing out, “This man flew 20 hours to watch a show he’s seen now 3 times to support her. You girlies be getting upset over nothing!!”
In the end, this is truly a nothing burger of a situation as the average person who has a cell phone is going to check their device several times a day. We have no clue if he was reading something that was important at the time.
