NFL fans and Swifties spotted Travis Kelce’s subtle shoutout to his musical star girlfriend as he enjoys himself with a day out at the links.

The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star went golfing on Thursday with former NBA wing Chandler Parsons and sent fans into a frenzy after he appeared to jam to his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s song “Bad Blood.”

Parsons shared a video on his Instagram Story, showcasing Kelce preparing to swing as Swift’s 2014 single blasted in the background.

The Ex-Houston Rockets forward tried to throw Kelce off, but it didn’t work as the All-Pro tight end laced a ball down the fairway.

The swing prompted someone in the group to yell, “This backfired.”

That statement was followed by an “Oh, I think he likes,” as Kelce reacted to the swing by using his golf club to simulate a guitar while he mouthed the lyrics to Swift’s song.

“@killatrav cannot be rattled,” Parsons captioned the video shared online.

Yet, that wasn’t the only reference Kelce had arranged for his girlfriend.

Fans flooded social media with theories about his golf apparel and whether he was shouting out Swift with any of the items.

Kelce donned the usual golf attire: a striped polo shirt and slacks, along with a Sherwood Country Club cap with the date ‘1989’ and an archer on the hat.

Fans quickly pointed to the 1989 date, expressing that he and Swift were born that year and how it is the title of her fifth album.

The hat also featured an Archor logo, which Swifties linked to the pop star song “The Archer” and Kelce’s notable arrow touchdown celebration.

“His hat says 1989 AND has an archer on it. You can’t make this stuff up!” this fan said.

“Travis Kelce listening to bad blood while golfing. His friends thought Taylor’s music would distract him but it had the opposite effect. OMG i love this guy sm!” another stated.

“He’s the one. Wow,” a third fan expressed.

“I did not have Travis Kelce dancing to Bad Blood while golfing on my 2024 Bingo card. “a fourth fan declared.

“Bad blood while golfing and wearing a hat that says 1989. Slay,” another proclaimed

Kelce has been spotted this offseason traveling the world to numerous Eras Tour shows to support Taylor Swift during her concerts.

The two were recently spotted in the Bahamas holding hands and showing affection.

Kelce and Swift first went public in September about the news of their relationship.

Swift attended every playoff game, including the Super Bowl, where she went down onto the field after the game and celebrated with him and the team.

According to a report from Us Weekly, all the interactions with Swift and Kelce’s peers during that span contributed to both families’ growing enjoyment of their relationship.

“Both of their families love them as a couple. Taylor has become even more close with Travis’ mom, [Donna],” per Us Weekly.

“Taylor has really been integrated into the family.”
