The Sanders family is eagerly waiting for the newest addition to their clan. Recently, Deion Sanders, along with his eldest son Deion Sanders Jr., accompanied Deiondra Sanders on a trip to New York City to attend various events celebrating the release of Coach Prime’s latest book.

During a family meal at KFC, Deion Sanders, head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, could not help but make an observation to what his daughter was eating and decided to lay down some rules for her while she is pregnant.

Coach Prime seized the opportunity to impart some fatherly advice to Deiondra, who is expecting her first child with her partner Jacquees.

“It’s been a while since I understood this process,” said Deion Sanders, according to Essentially Sports. “But you don’t supposed to drink no more, no more hookah. What else you can’t do? You can’t stay at the club. You can’t take pictures in the club no more, right.”

Deiondra protested about his suggestions, but she would ultimately give in to her father’s rules.

“I just can’t drink no more, which I haven’t. I take Tylenol for my headache, which is unfortunate. Drinking and hooka and certain food I can’t eat,” Deiondra Sanders said after listening to her father.

Unfortunately, a video shared by Well Off Media captured Deiondra enjoying a night out with friends, seemingly disregarding Deion Sanders advice to avoid clubs and alcohol.

When Deiondra was born in 1972, the Pro Football Hall of Famer was playing two professional sports, making it to the 1992 World Series with the Atlanta Braves while also playing football with the Atlanta Falcons.

She has appeared on numerous reality television shows alongside her father while growing up. These days, Deiondra is the director of communications and client relations at Sc3 Sports Management.

Deion Sanders will soon be adding grandfather to his long list of accomplishments after his 31-year-old daughter Deiondra Sanders announced that she’s expecting her first child with her partner, Jacquees, who is an R&B musician.

After undergoing four myomectomy procedures to remove fibroid non-cancerous growths in her uterus, the 31-year-old called her pregnancy a “miracle,” citing the health hazards.

Sanders, the head football coach at the University of Colorado, reacted to his oldest child’s news on Instagram.

“PREACH BABY PREACH, and u having this baby to make me a darn GRANDDADDY even though I’m YOUNG!” he wrote. “Love u baby and I’m glad u said u ain’t having a baby to keep a man. You’ve always had a M.A.N. in your life that u call DADDY & ain’t gon ever ever let u DOWN especially when I’m UP.”
