Despite the fact that her conservatorship ended over two years ago, the court drama between Britney Spears and her family continues, and this time it seems it really got to her. She made a couple of posts about it before promptly deleting her Instagram account.
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari still haven’t finalized their divorce because of his demands.
In one post, she congratulated Jennette McCurdy and praised her for her book “I’m Glad My Mom Died,” a book that delves into the actress’ experience with an abusive mom. This comes after Britney reached a settlement in her legal battle with her estranged father, Jamie Spears, and a scathing post she made about the hurt she endured with her family.

Britney Spears apparently saw something of herself in Jennette McCurdy’s memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died”. The pop star has spoken extensively about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her family, especially during her conservatorship, and made a post praising Jennette’s book on her now deleted Instagram account.
In her book, Jennette McCurdy opened up about incredibly painful stories about her relationship with her mom and how badly she was treated, with revelations about manipulation, abuse, and childhood trauma.
While it was obviously painful to rehash her traumatic memories, the iCarly star said it was the right time for them to make her struggles public, and that it was a step towards healing.
“I had done therapy for at least six years and had really excavated so much of my emotional and mental health history privately before going anywhere near exploring it in a public-facing way,” Jennette explained to The Hollywood Reporter. “I think and hope that that kind of distance really helped me to be able to focus on, first and foremost, writing a good book and letting the fact that that book happens to be about my life be secondary.”
Unlike Britney, it seems Jennette had the support of the rest of her family when releasing her book, as she praised her brothers for their support in her journey. Britney Spears, sadly, hasn’t had a support system, and it seems she has reached breaking point after a devastating settlement with her father, Jamie Spears.
Britney Spears Deleted Her Instagram After Slamming Her Family For Hurting Her

Britney Spears lashed out after a disappointing settlement that established she would have to pay her father, Jamie Spears, $2 million. She posted a photo of her backside wearing only a thong, and spoke about suffering from nerve damage, implying that her family’s abuse during her conservatorship is to blame for that.
“I was actually right about nerve damage in my back !!! I have to get accupuncture [sic] every day of my life now,” she wrote on her Instagram. “Words and thinking too hard make it worse!!! If people only knew how I’ve had to crawl to my own door one time!!!”
Although Gomez was a guest at Spears’ wedding, many believed Spears shaded the singer on Instagram.
She then went on to slam her family and what she considers to be an unfair settlement. “My family hurt me!!! There has been no justice and probably never will be!!! The people who sat and did absolutely nothing when they did that for four months are smooth sailing!!! The way I was brought up I was always taught the formative of right and wrong but the very two people who brought me up with that method hurt me!!!”
Britney Spears then deleted her Instagram account, but that doesn’t mean the family drama is over yet.
