Jennifer Aniston was seen leaving a plastic surgeon’s office with pal Sandra Bullock in Connecticut on Wednesday.
The center specializes in face lifts and nose jobs, though they also offer Botox and other injectables such as Kybella.
It is not known why the A-lister was there, but it did draw attention to how she keeps herself appearing so young.
Here is a look back at what the Friends actress, 55, has said about staying youthful.
While she has admitted to doing Botox in the past, she said it was not for her. Instead, she does Peptide Injections.
And for decades she has denied getting a nose job. In 2007 Aniston shared with People she had rhinoplasty for a deviated septum not to change the shape of her nose. ‘Best thing I ever did… As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it.’
The star also has an intense daily workout routine does intermittent fasting, also called the 16:8 Diet.

Aniston and Bullock were seen at The Retreat At Split Rock which is located in Greenwich, Connecticut.
The retreat specializes in expert upper and lower face lifts, which cost about $50,000 to $100,000 each as well as brow and eye lifts that hover around $30,000 each.
‘It is a private fully accredited surgical facility,’ notes the website.
They were specifically seen exiting Dr Neil A Gordon’s office. He oversees the facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
His specialty is ‘facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty,’ according to his site, but injectables such as Botox and Kybella are also offered. A full face of Botox can cost around $3,000 while Kybella is more expensive at $6,000.
In 2015, Aniston said that she was not a fan of injections. ‘People think that I do a lot of (Botox) injections, but I don’t,’ began the Along Came Polly actress.
‘I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it but I see how it’s a slippery slope.
‘All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me,’ she told Yahoo Beauty.
‘And like we were saying before, they just start to lose perspective, it’s their new normal, so it’s a hard one to come back from.’

Last year the Bruce Almighty star again talked staying youthful looking during an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
She said she tried a salmon sperm facial, though she admittedly isn’t sure if it did anything for her skin.
Aniston then said she liked peptide injections.
Peptides are strings of molecules called amino acids, which are the ‘building blocks’ of proteins. Peptides are basically short proteins that are about 2-100 amino acids long. Peptide supplements may have anti-aging, muscle growth, and fat loss benefits, according WebMD.
Last year Jennifer said she loves a ‘cheat day’ and will sip on a dirty martini cocktail when the mood takes her.
The Emmy winner is committed to a healthy and holistic lifestyle and follows a high-protein, low-carb and low-sugar diet.
Jennifer pairs that with a five days a week workout regime which is cardio intense, while she also attends 10-to-20 minute Pvolve classes.
Pvolve is a science-led workout method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment.
That is how she stays a reported 117lbs at 5ft5in.
However, Aniston will reward herself with cheat days when she wants to enjoy her favorite foods and drinks.
Her alcoholic tipple of choice is the martini mix, which is made with gin and vermouth and garnished with an olive or a lemon twist.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: ‘Jen’s meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs, and she also indulges in treats and cheat days.
‘If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no big deal.’
When it comes to relaxing, The Morning Show star practices meditation and makes sure she gets plenty of fresh air with her pet dogs.
The source added: ‘She meditates, and loves hikes with her dogs.’
Jen is said to not be worried about ageing and has no interest in cosmetic procedures and instead wants to focus on being ‘healthy and happy’ as she continues to grow as a woman.
The insider spilled: ‘Jen feels fine about getting older. For her, it’s about being healthy and happy as she can be.’
This comes after she said there is a compliment she does not like.
Turns out she despises the remark: ‘You look good for your age.’
She said the phrase makes her nuts and wants it changed to: ‘You look great – period.’
She told British Vogue: ‘It drives me bananas. I can’t stand it. That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, “Well you’re at that stage, so for your age…” I don’t even understand what it means.
‘I’m in better shape than I was in my twenties. I feel better in my mind, body, and spirit. It’s all 100 per cent better,’ she noted.
This comes after she revealed that she has many injuries.
The Emmy nominee talked to InStyle about how she has beaten her body up over the past 15 years in order to look Hollywood perfect but it has taken a toll on her.
While talking up her new collaboration with fitness brand Pvolve, she said now her mindset around health has shifted.
That means she no longer does exercises that are ‘too repetitive’ – like being on a StairMaster for hours.
‘When you’re in a mindset of, “I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,” it’s daunting,’ she shared with the site.
Sometimes she just worked out too hard. And a therapist had to point it out.
‘My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that’s covered in Kinesio tape,’ she shared.
‘It’s a silly mental image until you realize the purpose of all that tape is ‘to show every injury I’ve had in the last 15 years.’
How she cultivates the right workout vibe: ‘I much prefer working out with friends,’ she admitted.
‘Doing your own workout by yourself, meh. If you get some good music going you can have fun, but I like to be guided. It’s too easy for me to do things less correctly than I should.’
Turns out she jams to hip hop during her sweat session.
‘It’s hard for me to choose favorites. There are so many! I’m really into Lizzo right now, I love Rihanna, of course, and I love old-school ’90s hip-hop.’
The Hollywood it girl started working with the program after hurting her back two years ago.
And she claims Pvolve helps ‘strengthen and restore’ her body through its on-demand classes.
‘As we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,’ the Friends vet told People this week.
And she has told her pals to get on it.
‘I like to find something that really works and then share it with my girlfriends,’ Aniston noted.
‘If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain.’
Aniston went to Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman to talk about working together to promote the program.
‘I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,’ the actress added.
She says likes how the program is different.
‘Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain. It has to be an hour of a workout. You have to work out three times a day.
‘With this, you can start gentle,’ she explained.
‘My girlfriend transformed her entire body, and it just had such a beautiful snowball effect in so many positive areas of her life.’
The star added, ‘It was so user-friendly, you just start in little tiny chunks, tiny steps. And then next thing you know, you’ve done four 20-minute classes because you just want to keep going.’
Aniston has been able to maintain her incredible size 2 shape even as she has settled into her 50s.
In April 2022, the Morning Show actress shared with First For Women magazine how she is able to look so youthful even as she works full time on her acting career and heads up companies like LolaVie Haircare.
The 5ft5in cover girl admitted that she keeps her diet in check by starting her day off with warm lemon water and she also takes climbing classes on her stair climber. But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate, she said.
In the section titled Curbs Cravings: Breakfast With A Twist, the blonde beauty said: ‘During quarantine I loved cooking.’
The Cake actress added: ‘When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found ways to make eggs every which way.’
The ex-wife of Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt then shared: ‘But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in.
‘Do it right before the oatmeal is finished cooking – it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that’s delicious.’
In an interview with Radio Times, Aniston revealed that intermittent fasting (IF) has changed her life.
She practices a version of IF called the 16:8 diet.
‘I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.’
As far as working out, she told First For Women that puts in the work but likes variety.
‘Changing up my workout routine is key,’ she began. ‘I always try to surprise my muscles.’
She said she works out at Rise Nation, which is a fitness climbing cardio class.
‘It’s such a great workout,’ she said.
‘And when my trainer Leyon, whom I love more than life, handed me a jump rope for the first time, I said, ‘You’re out of your mind,” added the star, who boasts a 23in waistline.
‘I would dread doing it and I would skip instead of jump over the rope,’ added the Los Angeles native.
‘He kept saying, ‘No, do it correctly.’ It was so irritating,’ shared the daughter of soap opera actor John Aniston.
‘But within six months my jumping became fluid. Now I can just go and go and go.’
