Kim Kardashian fans suspect the reality star has undergone liposuction after spotting clues on her stomach.

Wearing a tight white crop top and Balenciaga leather pants, Kim was spotted exiting her Tesla cyber truck as she arrived at the game, where ex-husband Kanye West was also in attendance. However, she gave fans a glimpse of her unedited stomach as her crop top revealed bare skin while Kim walked inside.

On a Reddit thread, fans speculated that the mother-of-four had undergone cosmetic surgery. “Are those tummy tuck scars?” one asked, as they pointed to marks on her stomach that looked like scars. “That one looks like a lipo maybe. I’m just in shock,” one replied.

“Yeah it’s lipo,” a third chimed in, as another commented: “The small scar I saw on a different picture usually comes from one or two things: laparoscopic surgery or/and liposuction.” However, one criticized her decision to go under the knife, and claimed the surgeon hadn’t done a good job. “If those are tummy tuck scars, then I went to a better doctor than she did! All jokes aside, it looks like stretch marks and skin laxity,” they fired.

Speculation surrounding Kim’s figure has been swirling in recent weeks, after she sparked concern with her appearance at the Met Gala earlier this month. She walked the red carpet at the prestigious fashion bash wearing a couture design by John Galliano for Maison Margiela Artisanal, and stunned onlookers with her breath-taking gown. The dress featured a tight metal corset, as well as tiny metal flowers intricately placed all over the ensemble, which she finished off with a light grey cardigan.

Fans were worried about the size of her tiny waist in the corset, with many speculating that she had either undergone a drastic weight loss regime, or had her ribs removed. “Kim Kardashian looks like she’s struggling to breathe in every Met Gala pic and that’s because she came directly from NYC Presbyterian after having half of her ribs removed,” one fan quipped on X/Twitter.

Back in 2019, Kim caused controversy with her outfit at the Met Gala, as she was the muse for designer Thierry Mugler, who created a dress that was meant to convey the image of “this California girl stepping out of the ocean, wet, dripping.” The glistening outfit featured a dramatic corset, which Kim later revealed had made it very hard for her to breathe. “I have never felt pain like that in my life,” she told the WSJ Magazine just a few months later.
