Kim Kardashian revealed a ‘stalker’ has threatened to kill her boyfriend Pete Davidson and is now asking for protection for her family.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star included a copy of over 30 letters sent to her by an obsessed fan. The man, who we choose not to name, had several direct threats towards the ‘Saturday Night Live’ alum.

In the filing, Kim’s lawyer Shawn Holley describes the seriousness of the situation and lays out the specific death threats against the comedian.

“In these letters, (he) made numerous violent threats against Ms. Kardashian. In addition, he made numerous sexual comments regarding Ms. Kardashian and her partners. He further threatened that he would take actions that would cause Ms. Kardashian and her family to be imprisoned,” she wrote. Adding, “He threatened Ms. Kardashian’s family, referencing Ms. Kardashian’s children.

She continued, that the “violent threats included threats that Ms. Kardashian was on his “hit list” and “must die soon,” and would “get death.” Plus, the person wrote, “Cause of your most recent action, I put you on my HIT LIST. If I ever see you in New York or your boyfriend in Los Angeles I will carry it out that day.” Adding, “Pete Must and Will Die this weekend and you next weekend.”

We broke the story, Kim filed for a restraining order against the same man in Los Angeles County Courts, asking for an order for him to stay away from her and her family.
In the documents, Kim explains the scary incidents in a declaration about the disturbing situation. “I have never met him or communicated with him and I have no relationship with him. I have never shared my address with (him) and I do not know how he obtained my home address,” she wrote. Adding, “There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me.”

She continued, “In multiple letters, he has threatened to kill me. He has made numerous false and delusional claims about me and my intimate relationships. He has also made disturbing sexual references about me in his letters.” Adding, “On April 25, 2022, a written bomb threat was made to my business office. I am informed that my private security analyzed the written bomb threat and found a number of similarities between the threat and prior letters.”

In the end, Kim writes, “I have suffered and continue to suffer, severe emotional distress. I fear for my own safety. I also fear for the safety of those close to me, my family, and others at my workplace…I am concerned with a restraining order in place, he will continue to escalate his threats and will attempt to physically harm or even kill me.”

Luckily, an L.A. judge agreed with the seriousness of the situation and ordered a temporary restraining order be put in place. The man is ordered to not contact the famous couple in any way, or harass them. Plus, he is not to come within 100 yards of Kardashian or her home.

A hearing to argue for a long-term restraining order has been set for June 13, 2022.
