The TV presenter, 43, took to her social media to share with her fans a step-by-step tutorial on how she touches up her roots at home with store-bought dye.
She said: ‘Hi everyone. It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these with you so I thought it was time for a little reminder of how I colour my hair at home.’
Holly is a brand Ambassador for Garnier Nutrisse, and over the years has sworn by the shade Natural Baby Blonde, as she started her tutorial she quipped ‘This is my box with my big old face on it.’
Pointing to her roots, Holly continued: ‘As you can see there’s not a lot of natural baby blonde up there. My roots are coming through and it’s time for a touch-up. Please ignore how greasy my hair is but I have left it till colouring day.’

During the video, Holly revealed that she has been dyeing her own hair for almost 10 years.
However, this isn’t the first time Holly has shown her fans her colouring routine, as the presenter revealed she dyed her roots at home during lockdown also.
The mother-of-three captioned the down-to-earth video with: ‘Morning you gorgeous lot…I’ve been dyeing my own hair with Nutrisse 10.01 Natural Baby Blonde for almost 10 years so I thought I’d do a little video to show you how I touch up my roots!
She added ‘I also wanted to tell you guys about Nutrisse’s recent makeover too – it’s got a new, creamier no-drip formula (don’t forget to give that bottle a good shake!) and new colour boost technology to enhance my blonde even more. I love it! #GarnierUKI #GarnierNutrisse #AD’
Meanwhile, Netflix bosses have reportedly forked out £10 million on a new reality TV show hosted by Holly to secure a ‘star-studded line-up’ to keep up with major competitors such as I’m A Celeb and Strictly Come Dancing.
It comes after last month MailOnline announced that Holly would be the co-host of the brand new Netflix reality show Bear Hunt, alongside Bear Grylls.

And at the end of the step-by-step tutorial Holly showed her fans the amazing results
‘They’ll be shelling out an eight-figure sum in all, so the cast will be one of the most expensive in reality TV history.’
According to The Sun, Bear, 49, and Holly, 43, will be paid £1 million each for the series.
Netflix has been contacted for comment.
Bear Hunt will show Grylls hunting down the contestants and when he finds them they will be eliminated from the programme.
It is set to be filmed in May in the Costa Rican jungle, however won’t be aired until 2025.
Holly, who quit ITV’s This Morning last October, has been the face of daytime TV in the UK for over a decade and made herself a household name.
A show insider told MailOnline: ‘It’s a great and such an exciting fresh series and of course a great challenge for Holly.
‘It’s a great opportunity for her.’
Netflix bosses are said to be ‘ecstatic’ that they have been able to hire her. One said: ‘Holly was their woman for this project from the word go.
‘They are absolutely delighted to have got her to sign on the line, hopefully, there will be many more opportunities to work with her down the line too.’
A source said: ‘Holly and her team grafted for this deal with Netflix and negotiated a very attractive package.

She stood in for Ant McPartlin who was in rehab at the time for alcohol and painkiller addictions, and was hailed a huge success during the show.
