Arabella is feeling “happy in myself” despite the heartache and is ready to throw her name in the ring for Channel 4 series, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
She is eager to follow in the footsteps of Pop Idol alumni Gareth Gates, who won Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2023 after beating politician Matt Hancock.
She told The Daily Star: “I’d absolutely love to do Celebrity SAS. I think I’d do really well.
“I know they try to break you down mentally and I’m sure they’d do their homework

“I know they try to break you down mentally and I’m sure they’d do their homework and try to tap into my family’s illnesses but however hard they try, I don’t think they’d be able to.
The star was referring to the fact her father and uncle were diagnosed with prostate cancer within a week of each other.
This year, she completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
Addressing the condition back in 2022 in a film for the charity, she said: “I feel like people don’t talk about it enough, especially women.
“I feel like my story is a bit more positive, my dad and my uncle both had the operation to have their prostate removed.
“Immediately you think the worst but then you start looking at the options and think, thank goodness we caught it when we did.
“My dad having it meant my uncle did the test, had we not caught it when we did I probably wouldn’t have a dad or an uncle now.”
New move
As well as adding Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins to her CV – despite current champ Gareth admitting he needed “therapy” after – Arabella also has her sights set on further telly roles.
She told the same publication: “I love doing stunts and I’m also doing a presenting course in a couple of weeks as that’s something I’d like to get into.“
In a positive attitude she said: “You make your own luck in life and I feel like you have to be happy in yourself and right now I really feel happy in myself.

2nd place – Callum Jones and Jess Gale
3rd place – Sophie Piper and Joshua Ritchie
4th place – Georgia Steel and Toby Aromolaran
5th place – Georgia Harrison and Anton Danyluk
“That’s why I’m excited. I’m excited to see what’s going to come my way.”
It seems she is already well-prepped for Who Dares Wins’ gritty challenges.
It comes after current show winner Gareth told the Mirror: “I had to have quite a bit of therapy afterwards and the show is great for that.
“When you come out, you’re checked over and I had about five weeks worth of counselling and therapy because it really, really did affect me.”
