During his many interviews, Keanu Reeves doesn’t fail to deliver always leaving fans with some neat wisdom, or random fact most weren’t aware of.

As we’re going to reveal in the following, that was the case alongside Jimmy Kimmel and their interview on Live.

Keanu was asked a series of random questions, including if he’d ever encountered a ghost before.

His response shocked fans, and it wasn’t one the host expected either.

We’ll take a look back at that memorable moment, while also featuring another instance of Keanu silencing a host and their audience.

Another example of this took place when Keanu appeared alongside Stephen Colbert.

The host ended the interview after the actor gave the perfect response to what he thinks happens after we die.

Let’s take a closer look at these memorable moments.

Keanu Reeves had some great moments alongside Jimmy Kimmel.

Among them, included Kimmel showing rare footage of the actor during one of his first film’s ever, Young Again.

Keanu was blown away by the footage, admitting that at that point, he was just looking to get started in Hollywood.

“I’m playing a 17-year-old body with a 40-year-old mind, OK?” Reeves said.

“But then I had to play with my conception of 40, which was sort of older, right? You look at a 40-year-old and go, ‘You’re old.’

Ya know, but he’s not. I mean, Robert Urich, I was watching him, he’s a bouncy guy. And so I was trying to get that in there as well.”

“I didn’t know you were gonna do that,” Reeves told Kimmel, adding, “Wow, that was a blast from the past.”

Despite his obvious success these days, Keanu would go on to detail his struggles at the time, which included not being able to land an agent because of his short resume.

“I had a connection to someone who was a manager here in the states,” Reeves said, “and I went to meet an agent here in Los Angeles, and they were like, ‘It’s great, but you haven’t done anything.

Come back when you’ve done something.’ I had an agent in Toronto.

There [were] American productions coming to do — they needed Canadian content.”

It all worked out for Keanu, who clearly changed his career in the ’90s. When asked by Kimmel which role always stands out the most from his career, the actor didn’t hesitate naming, The Matrix.

Keanu Reeves Retold The Story Of His Experience With The Family Nanny Seeing A Ghost And It Stunned The Audience

Jimmy Kimmel decided to take a different approach with Keanu Reeves, asking him a series of random questions.

One of which, was whether or not he ever met another Keanu. Turns out he did, and it was a family cousin.

Among the other questions included if he’d ever seen a ghost before. His answer shocked both Kimmel and the audience, as he detailed the experience.

“Yeah, when I was a kid,” the 50-year-old “Matrix” actor replied. “It was in New York. It was cool. So I’m like a little kid. I’m probably like 6, 7 years old, [in] a new apartment. … We’d come from Australia.

Renata, nanny, was in the bedroom. … There was a doorway and, all of a sudden, we’re looking over there and this jacket comes waving through the doorway, just empty – there’s no head, there’s no body, there’s no legs.

It’s just there and then it disappears.”

Reeves added, “I was a little a kid, so I thought, ‘That’s interesting.’ And then I looked over at the nanny.” And I’m like, ‘Oh wow, so that was real.'”

Quite the story and one the fans did not expect. Asking Keanu random questions is definitely something fans want to see more of.

It Wasn’t The First Time Keanu Reeves Made The Audience And Host Go Quiet During An Interview

Throughout his career, Keanu Reeves has gone through so many memorable interview moments.

Among the top, included his time alongside Stephen Colbert on the Late Show.

Given his background with lots of grief, the actor was asked by the host what he thinks takes place once you die.

The audience laughs at the question at the start, but the mood shifts once the actor gives a response.

Keanu took a second to process the question, and he came up with the perfect response. “The ones that love us will miss us.”

Stephen Colbert was stunned by this answer while the audience also completely dropped given Keanu’s amazing response.

Colbert didn’t have anything else to add after the answer, wrapping up the interview and shaking Keanu’s hand.

It truly was an amazing moment and one that showed the deeper side of the actor.
