Diddy Faces New Allegations: Accused of Assault and Trafficking by Another Woman

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently grappling with fresh and severe allegations of sexual assault, adding another layer to the legal challenges he has faced in recent years. The latest accusation comes from a lawsuit filed by a woman, known as Jane Doe, who claims that Diddy, former Bad Boy president Har Pierre, and an unnamed man sexually abused and trafficked her when she was just 17 years old.

This marks the fourth known accusation against Diddy, following recent allegations made by singer Cassie, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, who accused him of physical and sexual abuse during their 10-year relationship. Cassie filed a lawsuit on November 16, 2023, which was settled the next day. Now, Jane Doe has come forward, inspired by Cassie’s lawsuit and the voices of other women who have accused Diddy of assault.

According to Jane Doe’s complaint, Pierre, who is also a singer, approached her and her friends at a lounge in Detroit when she was a 17-year-old high school junior. Pierre, accompanied by an unnamed man, allegedly encouraged her to fly on a private jet to New York City to meet Diddy. In a disturbing turn of events, Jane Doe claims that she was drugged with cocaine and forced into intimate acts by Pierre in a restroom.

The lawsuit details how Jane Doe was then flown to Diddy’s recording studio in New York City, where she alleges that Diddy, Pierre, and the unnamed man provided her with copious amounts of drugs and alcohol, causing her to lose consciousness. Jane Doe describes waking up in a bathroom, being continuously assaulted by Diddy, while Pierre also insisted on his turn with her.
