All eyes were on Taylor Swift as she attended the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Following her return to music earlier this month, the singer made a gorgeous appearance at the award show.

Wearing a frilly lavender minidress, Taylor looked every inch the “cool chick” as she posed for the cameras on the red carpet (and hung out with Paula Abdul and her cats backstage, naturally). The singer opened the award show with Panic!

at the Disco singer Brendon Urie as they gave a magical performance of her new single “Me!” for the very first time.

Taylor has been stepping back into the spotlight in a big way over the past few months. In addition to releasing new music, the singer was recently named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world.

Seeing how much of a fan frenzy she is causing with her upcoming seventh album, we think the title is well-deserved.
