Brittany Mahomes has Caitlin Clark’s back and is not afraid to show her public support.

Brittany Mahomes knows all about a bunch of people coming for her for no particular reason, so for that reason, among many others, Patrick Mahomes’s wife decided to speak out in support of Caitlin Clark.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model took to her Instagram story to express her support for the rookie Indiana Fever guard.

Her shout-out came after Clark was pushed to the ground by an opponent during Saturday’s game between the Fever and the Chicago Sky.

The Indiana Fever vs. Chicago Sky game on Saturday was highly anticipated since it featured a first-ever professional meeting between women’s collegiate basketball rivals, Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. The Sky put up a strong physical defense against the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, which has been a growing tactic against Clark this season. Late in the third quarter of Indiana’s 71-70 victory over Chicago, one of the most notable moments of this occurred.

With the Fever leading 53-49 and getting ready to inbound the ball on the baseline, Sky guard Chennedy Carter came in and pushed Clark down to the floor from behind.

Clark finished with 11 points, eight rebounds, and six assists in the Fever’s first home win of the season.

Chicago Sky guard Chennedy Carter had a foul upgraded from the WNBA on Sunday following the hotly contested matchup against the Indiana Fever.

After the league reviewed the play, Carter, who was originally given a common foul for her hip-check on Fever rookie Caitlin Clark, had the call elevated to a flagrant-1 infraction via ESPN.

Carter avoided a fine or suspension over the play.
