Emmy award-winning television host Amina Smith has joined ESPN as an anchor for SportsCenter and she is already going viral.

Smith joined NBC Sports Boston in 2021, where she served as an on-air and podcast host and contributor.
Her final day will be on March 20th. This may also be the date of her last broadcast — the Celtics play the Bucks at home that evening.
Amina Smith, who has spent the last three years as a Celtics and Patriots studio host at NBC Sports Boston, is married to Kansas City Chiefs safety Deon Bush.
Smith graduated from the University of Miami and started her professional career at 6 News in Lawrence, Kansas. From there, she would move into sports roles with Fox Sports, Big Ten Network, BET Networks, and Stadium Sports.
In 2022, Smith won a New England Emmy for Outstanding Sports Programming – Live as the host of Patriots Pregame Live.
She is a welcome addition to the Worldwide Leader in Sports.
