The Golden State Warriors are not in the greatest situation in the league right now. They are now in the other end of the standings which is not like them at all. Now the franchise’s ace Stephen Curry has recently addressed this matter in a post-game conference.

The Warriors recently lost to the Wolves and Steph could do nothing but watch it from the sidelines. He was rested by Steve Kerr for the game to keep him fresh. However, the Warriors were unable to face the Wolves without him.

Stephen Curry ready to put in more minutes after losing night

Stephen Curry has addressed the recent downfall of the Warriors after the Dubs lost to the Timberwolves. They have been in a hard pinch for some time now losing six of their past nine games. Now after losing to Minnesota, the Warriors are at the 10 position in the Western Conference. They will have to play in the Play-In tournament to secure a place in the Playoffs.

The situation will define itself pretty clearly. It is in real-time. Every game matters now. We are inching closer to the other end of the standings. Nobody’s gonna wave the white flag. If it means playing more minutes, I will be ready to do that,” said Stephen Curry. He explained that he and his team are ready to play extra matches in the Play-In tournament if that is the case. The baby-faced assassin showed great willpower and reminded the fans that the Warriors are not gonna give up no matter how hard the situation gets for them.

Timberwolves capitalize on Steph Curry substitution

The Minnesota Timberwolves emerged as the victorious team in their last matchup against the Golde State Warriors. Stephen Curry was rested in the game by head coach Steve Kerr to relieve some pressure from the Dubs ace. The Wolves led by a young Anthony Edwards were quick to seize the opportunity and dominate their opposition establishing a lead in the late game.

It was hard for the Warriors to catch up to the Wolves after that. Even when Steph Curry was substituted in the final quarter, he was not able to change the most likely outcome. The Wolves won the game with a final score of 114-110 and the Dubs had to face another disappointing defeat.
