After losing to the Nuggets in round 1 of the playoffs, LeBron James stormed off the post-game press conference without addressing his future. While he made it clear that his primary focus for the summer would be his family and the 2024 Paris Olympics, a question mark dangled over his return to the Lakers next season. For now, LBJ is doing precisely what he said he would do and that is spending time with his family.

In a recently surfaced video, LeBron James was spotted in a nightclub alongside his wife, Savannah, and her podcast co-host, April McDaniel. King James was having the time of his life and was seen grooving to the beats of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”, the viral Drake diss track.

Given LeBron’s friendship with Drake, the dance at first seemed awkward, but that doesn’t mean the party should stop. The 20-time NBA All-Star certainly lives by that motto as he and his wife danced to the beats.

LeBron is only occasionally seen dancing with his family on reels or stories uploaded on IG, as he is not known for being a creature of the night due to his disciplined sports life. At the age of 39, he takes extra care of his physique as the 4-time NBA champion is reportedly looking at a career beyond 40.

LeBron James Reportedly to Stay With Lakers

With LeBron James recently declaring that time on the hardwood is coming to an end, speculations about his retirement ran rampant. Now one more report has emerged concerning his future, but this one could assure the Lakers nation.

Speaking on Pat McAfee’s podcast, “The Pat McAfee Show”, NBA insider Shams Charania made an encouraging revelation. “LeBron James wants to play up to two more seasons and obviously the Lakers want to bring him back,” said Shams, adding that the LA franchise is also looking to bring in Bronny James in the 2024 NBA Draft.

LeBron James’ dream of playing with his son is no secret and securing the 19-year-old will provide a great boost to the chances of keeping LeBron around. Other teams might also consider that, so till there’s confirmation from the man himself, there is no surety of his return to the Gold and Purple.
