Shai Gilgeous-Alexander falls short in the KIA NBA MVP Race

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a remarkable performance in Game 2 against Dallas. He scored 33 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and dished out eight assists. Despite his excellent efforts, his team lost against the Mavericks. Throughout the season, Gilgeous-Alexander has been a dominant player, earning the admiration of every NBA analyst and fan. However, despite his consistently impressive performances, he could not win the KIA NBA MVP award this season.

The award went to Nikola Jokic, the star player of the Denver Nuggets. Gilgeous-Alexander finished 2nd place in the Most Valuable Player award race, falling just short of winning the title.

There is still a debate among NBA analysts on whether Gilgeous-Alexander should be the MVP. He played 75 games this season and averaged 30.1 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.5 rebounds.

Gilgeous-Alexander aims to lead his team to victory in the upcoming Game 3 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Dallas Mavericks. The game will take place on Sunday at the American Airlines Center. It will be exciting to see which team will lead the series.
