Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has made some demands of the plus-size OF model who is suing him for breaking her leg during a backyard football game.
The online personality, Sophie Hall, took the NFL wide receiver to task with claims that he fractured her right leg by charging her with “crushing force” and causing her to fall awkwardly. Hall stated that she needed reconstructive surgery after the incident.
She is suing for north of $50,000, having accused Hill of negligence, battery, and assault.
According to the Daily Mail, Hill’s lawyers are requesting medical evidence. That includes notes and reports from every doctor or hospital that treated her and any documents supporting that Hill was responsible.
The legal team has also demanded tax returns and messages or emails exchanged with her sister after the injury.
The Allegations Against Tyreek Hill
He flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to his home.
Hall said she had never played football before but joined the practice drills in Hill’s backyard to learn more about the offensive lineman position, which her son plays. She noted that, on one play, she stood her ground and caused Hill to be knocked backward. This prompted laughter from his mother, sister, friend, and trainer.
Hill then became angry and asked Hall to play offense while he played defensive pass rusher before charging into her and causing the injury mentioned above, with her operation requiring metal hardware implantation.
She added that the WR downplayed her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lay in.
Hall was diagnosed with a right leg fracture several days later.
