The release date for director Guy Ritchie’s next movie “In the Grey” will hit the big screen on January 17, 2025.
The movie, which was announced last year out of Cannes, is currently in post-production. It is scripted and directed by Ritchie and sees him reuniting with a handful of regular collaborators, including “The Covenant” star Jake Gyllenhaal and “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare” alums Henry Cavill and Eiza González.
The pic will also feature another powerful presence in “Saltburn” and “The Wheel of Time” star Rosamund Pike.
While plot details are being kept under wraps, the project revolves around “Two extraction specialists who must plan an escape path for a high-level female negotiator.”.
The “Aladdin” director also produces alongside partner Ivan Atkinson, and Black Bear International’s John Friedberg, who also produced Ritchie’s last two movies. Jill Silfen negotiated the deal on behalf of Black Bear International.
