Built in the 1930s, this spacious residence was the private domain of one of Hollywood’s most famous families.  Set on 1.94 gated acres behind the Beverly Hills Hotel, the historic mansion was commissioned by Samual Goldwyn who hired architect Douglas Honnold to design it.

The storied property hit the market earlier this year with an ask price of $39-million before dropping to $27.995-million. Swift reportedly paid close to $25-million for the 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom residence.
