Since then, Stone has tied the knot with writer and comedian Dave McCary, and they welcomed their daughter, Louise Jean McCary, who is now two years old.

In a heartwarming gesture, Garfield showed his support for Stone by attending the London screening of her new movie “Poor Things,” which received critical acclaim upon its release on Dec. 8. A viral clip shared on social media shows Stone pointing into the audience before ascending the stairs and blowing kisses. While it’s not explicitly stated who she was acknowledging, many fans speculate that it was Garfield, who was seated in the vicinity of Stone’s gaze.

During a conversation with co-hosts Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, Stone disclosed a major mishap that occurred right before her 2020 wedding—an incident that could be considered any bride’s worst nightmare.

“The week that I got married, I did open a refrigerator and the handle broke off,” Stone said during an appearance on the Smartless podcast. “And I got a black eye.”

After that bombshell, she joked, “I need a helmet and extensive therapy.”

Stone has been relatively tight-lipped about her wedding and her marriage to McCary, with whom she shares a 2-year-old daughter named Louise Jean McCary. Stone and McCary were originally set to get married in March 2020, but postponed their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those are great qualities in a man for someone like Emma. She is impressed by his talent and respects him immensely.”
