Sylvester Stallone said the movie “Demotition Man” earned at least $125 million at the box office and according to the agreement signed with Warner Bros, the actor must receive 15% of that amount.

Sylvester Stallone’s lawyer said: “The studio is greedy and Warner Bros has been sitting on Sylvester’s debt for years without any explanation.”

Currently, Warner Bros. has not released any information about the lawsuit.

In documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Sylvester Stallone said he brought this issue to Warner Bros in 2015, but the studio said they did not pay anything because “Demolition Man” lost $66.9 million.

In April 2015, the studio gave Sylvester Stallone a check for $2.8 million.
