Whether in his 20s or his mid-seventies, Arnold Schwarzenegger has always grabbed eyeballs for his physique.

A body so good that he built a reputation for it – Schwarzenegger’s physique has been a go-to template many bodybuilders aspire to achieve.

Yet, the formula to build a body that would make him a 7x Mr. Olympia winner was relatively simple for the star.

Schwarzenegger used to stick to activities that brought him joy. This included trekking and cycling. In a recent throwback moment, the star posted a photo of his yesteryear self along with his trusty old cycle. However, fans went berserk upon seeing the star’s old picture.

Schwarzenegger has always been up for promoting healthier living. Given a chance, he makes sure to drop in a tip or two about how one could make a healthier choice for a better living.

In one such instance, the star recently posted a throwback photo of his younger days, posing with his cycle. Along with that, he attached a weekly plan to achieve a good pump.

However, fans couldn’t take their eyes off the star’s physique. Some of them complimented him on his gains and the plan, “This has been fueling my mornings!”.

But most of the fans were their cheeky selves, commenting on the size of the cycle compared to Schwarzenegger.

Comments ranging from “How on earth those poor wheels manage” to “Strong bicycle” invoked hilarity under the post. Additionally, people also pointed out that the star was wearing something odd.

Noticing Schwarzenegger sporting a lifting belt, fans commented, “Arnold the type of guy to wear a lifting belt on a bike” and “That’s what I’m doing wrong I’m not biking with a weight belt on dam I got the right Ingredients now”.


Nevertheless, nothing has deterred Schwarzenegger from sharing some of his interesting tips and tricks to master the art of working out.

While he has a changed routine now, he still makes sure to maintain consistency and workout rigorously. He swears by long walks, cycling, and a good warm up.
