Appearing alongside the chanteuse is actor/model Matthew Nozska, who sports the men’s line, ($370 to $575) in a concept the Dolce & Gabanna describes as ‘a Los Angeles studio, a vermilion bed, disheveled bed sheets echoing a night to remember. Miley is there, in all her allure, standing in a moment frozen in time.’
Per the Instagram caption, the shoot was styled by Emmanuelle Alt, Stephn Galloway, a dancer handled the choreography for Cyru, Kevin Tekinel and Charles Levai – who founded MAYBE, a creative agency.
Bob Recine styled Cyrus’ hair, James Kaliardos was responsible for her makeup and Miho Okawara served as manicurist.
The campaign was rolled out in March, fresh off a performance by Cyrus at Chateau Marmont on March 7.
She performed a cover of Psycho Killer on banjo.
During her 2023 New Year’s even special, Talking Heads singer David Byrne joined her to perform his song Everybody’s Coming to My House and the two also did a rendition of Let’s Dance by David Bowie.
The Flowers singer has had an eventful and productive start to 2024, along with the new ad campaign, she also had an uncredited cameo in the Drive-Away Dolls and just this week made the top 10 of the Billboard charts, a career first, an appearance on II Most Wanted, a track from Beyoncé’s new album, Cowboy Carter. The song is also doing well on the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales chart, and is currently ranked at three.
The song was written by Beyoncé, Cyrus, Michael Pollack, and Ryan Tedder of the band OneRepublic. Beyoncé, Cyrus and Pollack produced the song in collaboration with Shawn Everett, who has also worked with Kacey Musgrave, Alabama Shakes, The War On Drugs as well as several notable indie acts like Broken Social Scene, Big Thief, Belle & Sebastian, Alvvays, as well as other songs by Cyrus.

Cyrus has appeared on that chart before, but never ranked as high as this.
Her previous efforts peaked at 13: The Climb in 2010 and a new version of Wrecking Ball from last year, on which she collaborated with Dolly Parton, as part of the latter’s Rockstar album, a collaborative effort with a number of rock musicians the country legend recorded in honor of her induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Parton initially declined her nomination to the Hall, citing her strong background in country music and not in rock, she changed her mind and put together the album that would make her a more fitting honoree.
