Lady Gaga flashes her bare bum to the camera at the ceremony
Anything left to give, Gaga?
Poor Lady Gaga had to take some time off earlier this year after injuring her hip during a performance but she certainly knows how to come back to the showbiz world with a bang.
The singer opened the MTV VMAs this year by taking to the stage to perform her new single Applause and she certainly still knows how to make an impression with her performances.

Gaga had no less than three outfit changes during the show and ended up in a bikini made of just shells of which the bottom part left her behind on show.
But the show didn’t stop there as, after her performance, she made her way into the audience to take her seat to watch the rest of the show and she certainly made sure there was as much of her body on show as possible.
When Taylor Swift went onto the stage to accept her award for I Knew You Were Trouble in the Best Female Video category the singer jumped up and out of her chair with excitement.
At this point, television viewers got a bit of a surprise when it was instantly confirmed there was a full moon in New York on Sunday night when the awards were being held.
The star’s full behind was on show and she bent over and showed off her bare butt to the camera as she turned and chatted to a friend.
And it certainly shocked fans, with one writing: “I would appreciate Lady Gaga more if she’d cover her naked bum.”
However, another added: “If the VMAs had a best bum award she would win every year.”
It seems Lady Gaga’s bum moment wasn’t the only controversial point during this year’s ceremony – One Direction were booed as they arrived on stage to collect their award in the Best Song Of The Summer category and Miley Cyrus took to the stage and gyrated in a very tight, nude-coloured outfit.
