Ever the chameleon, Lady Gaga arrived at the Billboard Women in Music event and appeared to transform into a ’90s style icon right before our eyes.

She played the part from head to toe, slipping into a bra top (à la Madonna) and matching maxi skirt, which she finished with sky-high platforms and platinum blond hair (and bangs!).
