This season of American Idol has been buzzworthy for singer-turned-judge Katy Perry—like the emotional moment she shared with a school shooting survivor.

And now, the 38-year-old, took to Instagram to remind her followers of the special one-hour bonus episode of the singing compeтιтion show that premiered after the 95th Oscars.

The “California Gurls” singer showed off the plunging silver chainmail dress she wore for the episode.

The silver chainmail dress that Katy wore was from Paco Rabanne. It featured a fitted bodice with a plunging v-neckline and a sheer asymmetrical skirt. The outfit is very reminiscent of the cowgirl-chic chainmail bodysuit Katy wore for an album party.

The “Part of Me” singer was styled by Tatiana Waterford who put together the ensemble she wore to Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month. She was spotted wearing a barely-there zebra miniskirt and thigh-high boots.

For the bonus American Idol episode, Katy (who’s being compared to Simon Cowell for her “bully” behavior) added more shimmering details to the outfit with a pair of silver dangling earrings.

She kept her iconic black hair in loose waves past her shoulders, complimenting her minimal makeup. The singer’s hair and makeup were created by makeup artist Michael Anthony and hairstylist Rick Henry.

Katy captioned her post, “It may be Oscar Sunday but don’t worry there’s still a [little] taste of #idol tonight!

Tune in after the awards show for a special 1-hour bonus ep (then see ya again at our usual place + time next week!).” Her 194 million Instagram followers were in love with the chainmail dress and flooded her comments with praise.
