In the shots, the 39-year-old hitmaker struck a set of poses in front of a wall full of graffiti while sporting a nearly all-black outfit.

The singer – who recently opened up about her struggles trying to break into the music industry – also became the subject of interest from her former boyfriend, Diplo, who described Perry as the ‘most flexible pop star’ in a cheeky comment under her post.

Perry donned a black multi-pocketed jacket and a matching pair of slim-fitting trousers as she posed for the snaps.

The California Gurls singer also donned a fashionable pair of leather knee-high boots, and she accessorized with a pair of sunglasses.

Perry and Diplo, 45, were first linked after they were spotted in each other’s company during the 2014 Coachella festival.

The Hot N Cold singer and the DJ ultimately went their separate ways after just a few months of dating.

The songwriter opened up about their brief relationship during a live stream event that took place in 2017, during which she was asked by guest James Corden to rank three of her former partners by how good they were in bed, reports E! News.

Perry went on to place her ex-boyfriend John Mayer and her now-fiance Orlando Bloom in the first and second spots, while the Major Lazer member only took third place.

Diplo responded to the claims by sharing a post on his Twitter, now known as X, account and expressed that he didn’t ‘even remember having sex’ with the singer.

The performer went on to share a photo of himself performing at a festival and wrote that he had ‘won the bronze medal in sex Olympics.’

Perry is currently working on her upcoming seventh studio album, and she told Good Morning America that her new project would be ‘light and bright.’

The hitmaker went on to state that the birth of her daughter Daisy, three, influenced the production of her project.

‘I think that I’m writing a lot and have written a lot from a place of love because I’m feeling so much of it — so much unconditional love, that love you never knew existed,’ she stated.

Perry also remarked that, while she had never taken a break from writing new material, she wanted to take her time and ensure that her new songs would resonate with her fans.

‘I’m always writing, I have been, but I think what’s really important to me is to be celebrating the world that I’ve got to build with all of these wonderful songs,’ she said.
