The trio posed for the snaps wearing “Love Like a Mother” T-shirts in the run-up to Mothers Day, which falls on 12 May in the US.
The snap was to support former model Kelly, 44, who lost her nine-year-old son two years ago.
Kelly set up non-profit organisation Alliance of Moms when “healthy and vibrant” George, also known as Georgie, died after contracting Covid and viral meningitis.
The heartbroken mum decided to co-found the community because it “allowed me to have a purpose” following the tragedy.
Alliance of Moms (AOM) supports pregnant and parenting teens who are in the foster care system.
In AOM’s latest social media post, Meghan and former co-star Abigail, who was invited to the royal wedding and Meg’s star-studded New York baby shower, joined Kelly.
The group laughed on the grass in the California sunshine, donning matching tees.
Kelly shared the snaps with the caption: “When we speak about the people in our lives who lift us up when you need it with undeniable force of pure love I think of these two.
“You inspire me. You pick me up when I need it and you Love Like A Mother!”
Opening up on the crushing heartbreak, Kelly recently told People she relives her last moments with Georgie every morning.

She bravely said: “The mornings are the hardest for me. Waking to the reality that my son is gone.
“It is hard to articulate this kind of pain. Where you can somehow function, but you are not entirely sure how every movement of your body is doing its job.
“The moment I wake, I relive our last moments together. It is traumatic, painful, and so very vivid.
“It happened very quickly. We had no idea when we took him into the hospital that 12 hours later, he would not make it.
“My nine-year-old son George died.”
At the time of Georgie’s death, Meghan and Harry donated $5,000 to a GoFundMe made in the youngster’s honour under their children’s names.
The Duchess, 42, recently jetted off on the “perfect” Utah ski trip with close friend Kelly who she met through her ex-husband Trevor Engelson.
Pilates business owner Heather Dorak also joined Meghan as she flew in from her £11m Montecito mansion to the snowy slopes of Powder Mountain.
While Heather and Kelly whisked their husbands and children away with them, it is not known if Prince Harry 39, Archie and Lilibet were in attendance.
The group were snapped on top of the mountains cosied up in beanie hats, big coats and sunglasses as the sun shone down.
Beaming from ear to ear, the group are said to have had the most “perfect trip” watching their youngsters “crush the slopes”.
UK domain name for Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Orchard site snapped up
By Ryan Merrifield
A puzzling message has been left for Meghan Markle after the UK domain name to her American Riviera Orchard website was snapped up.
The Duchess of Sussex’s new lifestyle brand has been hijacked by a mystery buyer – who appears to be a fan of Princess Kate.
The US link takes users to Meghan’s website, but the UK version – “americanrivieraorchard.uk” – has been bought by someone who has then linked it to a food bank.
The home page states: “Forgiveness. Permission. Please donate to the Trussell Trust”.
Clicking on this link leads to a Just Giving fundraiser for the Trussell Trust charity.
A cryptic message says: “Not Meghan. hope Meghan wouldn’t mind. thoughts with catherine X.”
Other messages add “forgiveness” and “permission”.
It comes after the Princess of Wales revealed she had been diagnosed with cancer last month.
She is currently undergoing chemo.
It is unclear who has bought the UK domain.
The Trussell Trust has confirmed it did not set up the webpage and is not aware of the site.
The link has already received a flurry of donations, expressing praise for Kate and the Trust with messages such as: “We Stand With Catherine”, and: “Just love what you did here!”
The page has so far raised £56 of its £1,000 target.
A donator wrote: “I am happy to support from across the pond and am glad to know of this organization through the link on the American Riviera Orchards website.”
Another added: “A really good way of bringing attention to the great work they do.”
William, The Prince of Wales returned to work today as he visited a food distribution charity, Surplus to Supper – his first official engagements since Kate revealed her cancer diagnosis to the nation.
The Trussell Trust supports a nationwide network of food banks, providing emergency food and support to people facing hardship, and campaigns for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
The anonymous JustGiving page added: “We can create a future where nobody goes hungry, because nobody will allow it – when we work Together for Change.”
Sophie Carre, director of public engagement at the Trussell Trust, said: “The Trussell Trust are grateful to people who put their time and energy into supporting our work to end the need for food banks in the UK.
“The charity is not connected with this website domain and have no knowledge of who set it up.”
Meghan carried out a soft launch of the first product from her new business venture this week, sending her friends a limited edition jar of strawberry jam.
In March, she announced her project with a teaser video, showing the duchess cooking and arranging white hydrangeas and roses, posted to the new American Riviera Orchard Instagram account.
