Two men accused the late “king of pop” Michael Jackson of sexually assaulting them when they were children. These two people requested the release of confidential documents about Jackson, including his nude photos.

MJJ Productions – the company that manages the musical fortune of the late “king of pop” Michael Jackson – is making efforts with lawyers to keep confidential records confidential. The documents in this dossier were collected by authorities during the previous investigation of Michael Jackson.

Last week, MJJ Productions filed a petition with the Los Angeles City Court (USA) asking the court to deny the request of two plaintiffs – Wade Robson (41 years old) and James Safechuck (46 years old) – to publish Confidential documents related to the investigation of Michael Jackson in 2005. MJJ Productions believes that the real target of plaintiffs Robson and Safechuck is a series of nude photos that Michael Jackson took during his lifetime. According to MJJ Productions, the two plaintiffs Robson and Safechuck are trying to put pressure on them by demanding the publication of confidential documents. The case was later settled out of court by the parties, with Jackson’s side said to have spent about $20 million to calm the matter down.

According to the lawsuit filed by Robson and Safechuck, as children, they were sexually assaulted when they visited Michael Jackson’s private home – the Neverland Ranch mansion.

By August 2023, the California state court decided to reverse the decision of the Los Angeles city court. Robson and Safechuck’s lawsuit will be heard in April 2025.

In court, Robson and Safechuck must prove that they were sexually assaulted by the late singer. At the same time, they must point out the legal responsibility of MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures in this incident. If Robson and Safechuck do these things, the two companies above will be responsible for compensation.

Attorney Jonathan Steinsapir – the representative attorney of MJJ Productions – expressed disappointment at the state court’s decision to bring the case back to trial.
