Love Island’s Anton Danyluk took a savage swipe at his All-Stars ex-Georgia Harrison on Saturday just a day after their break-up was revealed.

It was reported the Love Island All-Stars finalists, both 29, split on Friday amid weeks of rumours surrounding their relationship.

According to insiders have said distance was a major factor in the breakdown of their relationship – however, Anton seems to have hit out at his ex Georgia for not making the relationship work.

He shared the cryptic quote on Instagram ‘If someone truly loves you distance is not a problem. It’s just the power of making love grow each day’.

Georgia resides in Essex, while Anton lives and runs his own business in Scotland.

In comes after a source told The Sun the two could not make it work and eventually their romance became ‘too much to manage’.

The source said: ‘Georgia and Anton have split. They really tried hard to make the relationship work but ultimately the distance proved too much to manage.’

The source added: ‘Anton and Georgia are sad they couldn’t make things work, but they broke up on good terms and will definitely stay friends.’

MailOnline has contacted Georgia’s and Anton’s representatives for comment.

But their split may not surprise fans as Anton fuelled rumours of their split for the past week as he has spent many hours being supported by ‘bestie’ Hannah Elizabeth.

And the two ‘best friends’ just can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

Hannah posted very close snaps of the two of them getting ready for a night out to Instagram on Thursday in London.

Hannah posted an album of the two of them cuddling up to one another, looking incredible for PrettyLittleThing’s one-year party.

She looked happier than ever as she flaunted her curly blonde extensions and glam makeup.

The split comes after TV buffs cast doubt over their romance ever since Georgia claimed Anton gave her the ‘ick’ and after spending two weeks convincing the British public that their love was real, the two have already gone their separate ways, according to The Sun

Anton looked classically handsome as he stepped out in an olive green two-piece suit and a crisp white shirt.

Hannah captioned her supportive post: ‘Bestie Behaviour @anton_danyluk @prettylittlething party LN.’

The two have not been hiding their close friendship in recent days, as Hannah has appeared to be Anton’s pillar of support.

Anton linked arms with the Liverpool native as they headed for dinner at Sheesh in Mayfair on Wednesday.

The pair were in good spirits as Anton was pictured departing a London hotel with the model for a ‘date night’.

The pair, who grew close in the Love Island All-Stars South African villa, was joined for the outing by Anton’s mum.

Taking to Instagram, Hannah also shared a playful video in which Anton said: ‘Reunited with the wifey! The wife, it’s date night tonight you know, I can’t wait.’

In another picture, Hannah snapped a photo of Anton sitting opposite her at the dinner table and wrote: ‘Date night @anton_danyluk’.

Although nothing romantic ever came of the pair, Anton and Hannah vowed to support one another throughout their time on the show after finding each other in a friendship couple more than once.

Despite Anton and Georgia enjoying public dates since landing back in the UK, some ITV viewers have been left unconvinced they are the real deal.

Georgia and Anton finished in fifth place during the Love Island All Stars final last month, but viewers were left questioning whether they were genuine.

The pair had several ups and downs in the South African villa, which caused fans to think she would ‘dump him’ soon after leaving.
